Love the trend of ballet flats? But you can't find the one's to die for? Try This;
What you need;
1 pair of cheap ballet flat
1/2 yard of fabrick
3 yards of ribbon or braid
strong,permanet glue
plastic knife
sharp scissors
Drections;
Step 1.Cut fabrick(about 1/2 yd.) to extend at least an inch all arould when laid over the shoe. Working a 3''-square section at a time, use a plastis knife to spread strong,permanent gule such as Fabri-Tac on shoe. Place fabrick on shoe-right over the center opening- smooth out wringles. Let glue dry, then work on an adjacent section. Fabric ends on an adjacent section. Fabric ends will meet behide the heel. Match fabric ''seam'' to shoe's original heal seam.
Step 2. When glue is dry, use sharp scissors to cut off all excess fabric, aross shoe's top, where top meets the sole and at center back.
Step3. Glue narrow braid arould shoe at top edge and where it meets the sole, covering fabric's raw edges.
Step 4. If you desired, glue an embellishmant at the front or back of the shoe, like a bow or somthing like that.
