Number 1- A 60's mini dress
Why- it looks great with leggings or skinny jeans or by it self. Also you can find them dirt cheap at your neighborhood Thirft store or the consiment shop.

Number 2-A thick handband
Why-it's a simple and cheap way to up-date your outfit. If you have blond hair try a black, chocolate brown or a hunter green, go for a dark handband to make it stand out. If you have brown or black hair try white, light green or a light purple, go for a light handband to makt it stand out. Now redheads I say try either black or white only.

Number 3-Winged Liner
Why- it's a classic glam eye make-up. Go for black, for a classic look but if your a girl who loves a unexpected twist go for a navy blue(to bring out the white in your eyes) or teal or purple(go for lighter shades, darker is NOT good). Only go with black mascara, NO COLORS, you want all the attion on the eye liner.

Number 4-Slicked Back Hair
Why-it's on all the runways.
How To-
1.Straighten hair
2. Comb into a deep side part
3. gel it all back into a low ponytail or bun
